Green Aluminium Recovery

icon Product Enquiry

Globally 1 million tonnes of Aluminium dross per year is produced out of which 0.1 million tonnes is generated in India, that is majorly landfilled.

Its safe disposal is a challenge because improper disposal in landfills contaminates the surface and ground water eco-system. When in contact with water (e.g., during rainfall) hazardous gases such as phosphine and ammonia are produced - polluting the atmosphere.

Runaya has deployed three stage process to tackle the challenge of Aluminium dross in an environmentally friendly manner and currently has an installed capacity of 40,000 MT.

Runaya has licensed technology from TAHA International, which is a unique and innovative dross processing solution.
