Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute transformation strategies to enhance operational efficiency and business growth.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in manufacturing, supply chain, and sustainability.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation, cost optimization, and digital transformation.
Collaborate with leadership to align transformation initiatives with company goals.
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
Establish KPIs and track the impact of transformation efforts.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record of leading business transformation projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in process optimization.
Experience in digital transformation, automation, or Industry 4.0 implementation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of the mining or manufacturing industry is a plus.
